Mashups and Mafia

From MafiaWiki
Jump to navigation Jump to search

Mashups and Mafia is a recurring RadioScum show hosted by xRECKONERx (Reck) from 7-8pm EST every Friday night. Each week, he features notable guests to discuss a variety of topics from mafia theory to alcohol. Reck plays a variety of different mashups each week, from rap on rock to pop on punk. He also features music chosen by his guests and himself in an effort to find something new to critique about his friends.

To date, xRECKONERx has been drunk on every show and loses coherence as the show commences. If you'd like to be a guest on the show, sign up using this guestlist. Reck will then arbitrarily choose who he likes the most to be on the show.

Testimonials

"This is my favorite show on RadioScum hosted by xRECKONERx! Incidentally, Reck is also my favorite user who has been forced out of the closet due to other members of mafiascum.net!" --Xalxe

"As ways to spend the wee hours of my Saturday morning go, Mashups & Mafia is definitely in the top 3, along with sleeping, and Mashups & Mafia. I find that my background in comedy acting helps me to fit in with the tone of the show, which has been a vital support network in my attempts to deal with my H20 abuse. Oh, and it's really good and you should listen to it." --ChannelDelibird

"I never get to watch this live really, although I like to download the previous episodes and listen to them sometimes. When I first heard about this, I was getting ready to laugh at Reck's amateur work, but found it was actually quite good. Although Faraday is impossible for me to understand, and is always talking about something interesting which is a false positive. Okay I'm going to stop talking because I'm just really tired and figured I should say that this is fun to listen to, but I can't for the life of me understand Faraday and I usually find myself wishing he'd try to talk in a straight accent because well it's difficult for me." --Junpei

"I used to be a lowly pleb on the mafiascum food chain, then I appeared on the radio. Now I get people coming up to me in the street to hug me and telling me I'm a radio superstar. I owe this all to Reck and his radio show. I don't think I'd be the person I am today without the incestuous relationship I have with your show. He could change your life too (assuming you're not dull and have an interesting voice!) ~ Faraday

"Mashups & Mafia helped me realise that Australia is an inferior country. Thanks for opening my eyes - I'm moving to Kosovo." ~ Drench
