As a noun, Block is a type of action that can stop a target's active ability from working. As a verb, it refers to using a blocking action on a player.
Passive abilities usually cannot be blocked.
Roles that can block are listed in Category:Manipulative roles. Obviously, Roleblocker is the most common one.
